As the Proud Ambassadors project approaches its conclusion, we take pride in reflecting on two years of meaningful collaboration dedicated to strengthening inclusion, equality, and mental well-being for LGBTQIA+ young people across Europe.
Throughout the project, partners worked together to develop practical resources, innovative learning opportunities, and evidence-based recommendations that empower youth workers, educators, and support professionals to better address the needs of LGBTQIA+ communities.
The 4th Newsletter showcases the project’s most significant achievements, including the Policy Recommendations, the Training Handbook and Trainers’ Manual, the Proud Ambassadors training webinars, the MOOC learning platform, and the Support Forum. It also highlights the final transnational partners’ meeting held in Thessaloniki, Greece, where consortium members reviewed the project’s impact and explored opportunities for sustaining its results beyond the project’s lifetime.
Proud Ambassadors leaves behind a valuable set of tools, knowledge, and networks that will continue to support more inclusive and welcoming environments for LGBTQIA+ youth throughout Europe.
