On 2 August, we commemorate the European Roma Holocaust Memorial Day, honoring the memory of the hundreds of thousands of Roma and Sinti who were persecuted aand murdered during the Holocaust.
This day serves as a solemn reminder of the importance of preserving historical memory, recognizing past injustices, and standing firmly against racism, antigypsyism, discrimination, and all forms of hatred.
By remembering the past, we reaffirm our shared commitment to human dignity, equality, inclusion, and human rights.
