The Resilient Threads Bootcamp brought together 20 young artists—10 from Sweden and 10 Romani youth from across Europe—for two days of storytelling, creative writing, and intercultural exchange.
Through hands-on workshops and collaborative sessions, participants developed their voice, stage presence, and personal storytelling skills, while sharing experiences and perspectives across cultures. The Bootcamp also offered feedback opportunities and preparation for upcoming Storytelling Nights within the project.
The activity fostered connections between Roma and non-Roma artists and engaged a diverse audience of educators, cultural institutions, NGOs, and media representatives, supporting wider collaboration within the cultural and social sectors.
Initiatives like this advance the Resilient Threads project’s goals: artistic empowerment, intercultural dialogue, social connectivity, and youth development.
