Every October, we take time to recognize LGBTQIA+ History Month — a dedicated period to celebrate the stories, struggles, and achievements of the LGBTQIA+ community, while reflecting on the progress made and the work still ahead.
In the PAL NETWORK project, we are committed to promoting inclusive practices in workplaces across Europe, ensuring that LGBTQIA+ youth have access to equal opportunities, supportive professional environments, and safe spaces where they can thrive.
