En Kai Pan is a women-led social cooperative based in Naples, Italy, working in cultural management, performing arts, education, social innovation andcommunity development.
The cooperative designs and manages local, national and European projects that combine culture, inclusion, gender equality, lifelong learning, participatory practices and sustainable local development. Its activities include theatre and cultural production, training, research, audience development, youth engagement, support for vulnerable groups, community-based tourism and the promotion of access to culture. En Kai Pan works in partnership with public institutions, cultural organisations, universities, social enterprises and civil society actors.
