The Observatory for Children and Youth Rights (Observatory) is an non profit organization based in Albania, working to promote the rights, well being, and active participation of children, young people, and vulnerable
communities. With more than 15 years of experience, the organization collaborates closely with national and local institutions, international organizations, schools, universities, civil society organizations, and
community structures to support evidence-based policymaking and sustainable social development.
Observatory implements projects in the fields of youth participation, education, child protection, social inclusion, employability, gender equality, environmental sustainability, climate action, and community
development. The organization has extensive experience in managing EU funded and international programmes, conducting research and assessments, developing policy recommendations, delivering capacity
building initiatives, and facilitating multi-stakeholder partnerships.
Through its work, the Observatory aims to empower communities, strengthen public policies, and create inclusive opportunities that contribute to sustainable development and improved quality of life for all.
