Biography
ACT Center is a non-profit organization and a licensed Vocational Education and Training (VET) provider, based in Tirana, Albania. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities through quality education, innovation, skills development, and social inclusion, creating equal opportunities for all. ACT Center focuses on vocational education and training, digital skills, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, employability, inclusive education, human rights, active citizenship, and sustainable development. Having trained and supported over 4,500 participants, ACT Center delivers training programmes, educational activities, community initiatives, and international projects that contribute to personal, professional, and social development. As an officially recognized Social Enterprise, ACT Center is particularly committed to supporting children, young people, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable groups, promoting accessibility, equal opportunities, and meaningful participation in society. Through international partnerships and cooperation with organizations and institutions across Europe, ACT Center promotes innovation, knowledge exchange, European values, and the development of more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable communities.
