This month across the PAL Network:
In January, PAL Network carried out a wide range of activities at European level, focusing on remembrance, inclusion, and the empowerment of vulnerable groups. On 27 January, the ROMDIEM International Symposium was held in Thessaloniki, bringing together more than 100 participants from over 10 European countries and highlighting the remembrance of the Roma Holocaust as a moral and democratic responsibility. During the same period, the new website of the AntiGypsyism project was launched, promoting the use of gamification and non-formal education to combat discrimination and stereotypes against Roma youth.
Additionally, an open call was announced for the Proud Ambassadors online training webinars, aimed at supporting the mental well-being and inclusion of LGBTQIA+ youth across Europe. January also marked the start of international cooperation activities for the e-Life project with its first Transnational Project Meeting in Poland, while further training and capacity-building actions continued within the AMIR and AMIL projects, focusing on migrant integration, language skills, employability, and social inclusion.
