Thirst for Life Association is a Bulgarian non-profit organization established in 2005 and dedicated to promoting social inclusion, equality, and the empowerment of vulnerable communities. With more than 20 years of experience, the organization implements programs in the fields of healthcare, early childhood development, education, youth engagement, human rights, and community-led advocacy.
Our work focuses on supporting marginalized groups, including Roma communities, women, children, migrants, people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, and individuals living in remote or underserved regions. We collaborate with local institutions, civil society organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and international partners to improve access to services, strengthen community capacities, and influence policies that protect and advance human rights.
Thirst for Life Association combines grassroots approaches with strategic advocacy, ensuring that the voices of local communities are heard and integrated into policy-making processes at local, national, and European levels. Over the years, the organization has successfully led initiatives related to public health, prevention, community mobilization, early childhood care, and socio-economic inclusion.
Our mission is to create sustainable change by empowering people, fostering participation, and promoting equal opportunities for all.
