The #KickOffMeeting of the RAINBOW BRIDGES project was successfully held on May 22–23 in Thessaloniki, in collaboration with PAL NETWORK and Thessaloniki Pride!
The project aims to bridge social inequalities and empower the LGBTQI+ community through dialogue, educational activities, and joint initiatives with other marginalized groups. It focuses on strengthening youth workers and LGBTQI+ youth by exploring and promoting career guidance that responds to the specific needs of LGBTQI+ individuals (known as SOGIESC-responsive career guidance), this contributing to their meaningful inclusion and professional empowerment.
